As we prepare for the Global Wildlife Fair, we invite you to explore a world where ecotourism and conservation intersect.

Our detailed program is packed with engaging sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and collaborative opportunities that bring together conservationists, NGOs, and industry leaders.

Together, we'll forge new paths in sustainable tourism while championing the preservation of our planet’s most precious wildlife.

10th October 2025: Day - 1 Fair Opening Day
09:00 am - 05:30 pm

 

Bird Watching
Time:  6:30 AM
Description:  Pick up from the hotel at 0600 am and transfer to Lodhi Gardens for a guided bird walk for an hour. Drop to the hotel. (for registered guests only)

Fair Opens To Public
Time: 9:00 AM 
Description: The Global Wildlife Fair officially opens its doors to exhibitors and visitors. Explore a diverse array of booths and displays from a wide range of participants, including artists, photographers, NGOs, and optic companies. This day is packed with opportunities to discover, learn, and engage.

Art and Photography Exhibitions
Description:  Stunning galleries featuring wildlife-themed art and photography. Admire the work of talented artists and photographers who capture the beauty and fragility of the natural world.

Workshops
Description:  Participate in hands-on workshops throughout the day, covering a wide range of topics in conservation, ecotourism, and general interest. Whether you’re looking to hone your skills or learn something new, these sessions offer something for everyone.

Conservation: Citizen Science, Wildlife Counting Techniques, Learning GIS, Butterfly Identification, Reptile Identification, Identifying Illicit Wildlife Products, Fundraising, Interacting with Locals, Mist Netting & Ringing, Camera Trapping, Reading Jungle Signs.

Lectures
Description:  Attend informative lectures led by experts in wildlife conservation, key destinations, and sustainable tourism.
These sessions will deepen your understanding of key issues and inspire action. 
How to Be an Ecotourist, Destination Management, Seasonality Management, Code of Conduct, Creating Wildlife Habitats.

Panel Discussions
Description:  Dynamic group discussions where participants can share ideas, debate challenges, and collaborate on solutions for conservation and ecotourism.

Conservation: Elephant and other key species, Rural Communities and Wildlife Habitats, Water-based Landscapes and Flyways, Education & Outreach, Capacity Building & Training, Science & Research

Optic Companies
Description:  Explore the latest in optical equipment for wildlife observation. Exhibitors will showcase state-of-the-art binoculars, spotting scopes, and other gear essential for nature enthusiasts and professionals.

NGOs and Conservation Organizations
Description:  Meet representatives from leading NGOs and conservation organizations. Learn about their work, get involved in ongoing projects, and discover how you can contribute to global conservation efforts.

Tour Operators & Ecolodges
Description:  Meet with top tour operators from across the globe. Discover sustainable travel opportunities and learn about innovative ecotourism practices that prioritize conservation and community involvement. This is an excellent chance to explore new destinations and connect with experts in the field.
You may want to book your wildlife holidays with the tour operators and ecolodge owners. 

Fair Hours Conclude at 6 PM

Networking Dinner (for registered guests only)
Time:  7:00 PM onwards
Description:  After a full day of exhibitions and events, unwind and connect with fellow exhibitors and key stakeholders at our Networking Dinner. This informal gathering is the perfect opportunity to discuss the day’s experiences, forge new partnerships, and enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed setting. We will indulge in speed networking.


 

11th October 2025: Day - 2 Knowledge Exchange & Promotions

Meet with exhibitors, including tour operators, NGOs, optic companies, and conservation organizations. The continuing art and photography exhibitions showcase stunning works inspired by the natural world.

Description:  Participate in hands-on workshops throughout the day

Ecotourism: Wildlife photography and selecting optical equipment, building community projects, species-specific tourism interventions, visitor management training, maintaining the originality of sacred groves, places, monuments, and tanks, traditions helping coexistence with wildlife, carbon footprint calculator, low input and high output methods, learning ecotourism marketing
