Description
The forests of Central India have long been a mecca for wildlife enthusiasts, and the tiger reserves of Madhya Pradesh are even more so. Not only do these national parks have a high density of tigers, resulting in better sightings, but they are also home to a wide variety of landscapes, meaning that you get the maximum number of birds and animals possible in these areas.

Itinerary

Day 01: Nagpur and transferred to Tadoba National Park

Meals: Dinner in Tadoba National Park
Accommodation: Svasara Resort or similar

Arrival at Nagpur airport, you will be transferred to Tadoba National Park. 

Arrive at the resort and check-in. You have the evening at leisure to rest or do a little homework before your safari.

Overnight stay.

Day 02: Tadoba National Park

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Accommodation: Svasara Resort or similar

Explore Tadoba’s forests with morning and afternoon jeep safaris for tiger tracking and wildlife viewing. Each safari is about four hours long, giving you ample time to explore the wilderness in the morning or in the afternoon. Each safari vehicle can seat up to four comfortably. Accompanying you will be an expert driver and a talented local safari guide. 

Overnight stay. 

Expected key species: Tiger, Leopard, Gaur, Sloth Bear, Crested Honey Buzzard (R), Changeable Hawk-Eagle (R), Yellow-footed Green Pigeon (R), Grey Junglefowl (R)

Day 03: Tadoba to Pench National Park

Meals: Breakfast in Tadoba, Lunch and Dinner in Pench
Accommodation: Tuli Tiger Corridor or similar

Enjoy a final morning safari at Tadoba. The morning ride is perfect for admiring the birds of Tadoba National Park. Later, we’ll leave for Pench National Park. Arrive in Pench in time for a late lunch. Evening at leisure.

Overnight stay.

Expected key species: Tiger, Leopard, Wild Dog, Black-hooded Oriole (R), White-eyed Buzzard (R), Indian Vulture (R), Egyptian Vulture (W+S), Indian Scops Owl (R), Indian Paradise Flycatcher (S), Red Junglefowl (R)

Day 04: Pench National Park

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in Pench
Accommodation: Tuli Tiger Corridor or similar

Explore the wilderness of Pench with morning and afternoon jeep safaris for tiger tracking and wildlife viewing. The duration of the safari is about four hours and is conducted early in the morning and in the afternoon till sunset. Each safari vehicle can seat up to four persons comfortably. Besides the visitors, the vehicle has an expert driver and a talented naturalist. 

Overnight stay. 

Expected key species: Tiger, Leopard, Wild Dog, Gaur, Indian Peafowl (R), White-bellied Drongo (R), Black-rumped Flameback (R), Large Cuckooshrike (R), Crested Serpent Eagle (R)

Note: Pench National Park will remain closed for safaris every Wednesday afternoon

Day 05: Departure

Meals: Breakfast
Accommodation: None

After Breakfast, check out and drive to Nagpur airport to catch a connecting flight to back to home. Tour Ends
