Consent to Participate and Liability Waiver

By signing below, I, [Volunteer’s Full Name], acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in the Global Wildlife Fair 2025 (GWF) as a volunteer and understand that my participation is at my own risk.
• Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge that volunteering for the GWF involves certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, personal property loss, and exposure to various environmental conditions. I accept these risks and agree to take necessary precautions to mitigate them.
• Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Global Wildlife Fair 2025, its organizers, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses or damages sustained during my volunteering.
• Insurance: I understand that while the Global Wildlife Fair 2025 provides general insurance coverage for its activities, I am responsible for my own personal health insurance and any medical expenses incurred during my participation as a volunteer.
• Compliance with Guidelines: I agree to comply with all guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by the Global Wildlife Fair 2025 and its organizers. Failure to do so may result in the termination of my volunteer participation.
• Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, I authorize the Global Wildlife Fair 2025 and its organizers to contact the emergency contact person I have provided and to take necessary actions for my health and safety.
• Consent to Use of Image: I consent to the use of my image, voice, and likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional and informational purposes by the Global Wildlife Fair 2025.

Photo Submission: I understand that I am required to submit a recent photograph of myself as part of the volunteer registration process.
I will email my photo to info@globalwildlifefair.com.

By signing this consent form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above. I acknowledge that I am legally bound by this waiver and that no oral representations or statements have been made to alter the terms of this waiver.
